The following MouseDrag flags exist already:
Then there's the MouseDragImage property
And the C4D_MouseIgnore, C4D_IgnoreFoW and C4D_MouseSelect categories play a role.
|How relevant is this still with the new GUI menus?|
I didn't touch the old drag & drop stuff at all.
So I guess it's still the same as it was before. Even if it might currently not be used ingame.
One /could/ also think about completely getting rid of the old drag&drop stuff. But I guess it might have some applications? (E.g. a chess game where you drag around pieces or a wall-construction-preview where you can drag around bricks.
