Summary | 0001971: Scaling underwater possible
Description | Scale on a straight wall that leads into water. You can continue scaling under water...
Steps To Reproduce | Most easily reproducable in the test scenarios, for example the one for the power system or liquid system, because there are water basins there.

I just think that it is strange, and I only noticed it a short time ago. In earlier titles or releases when you scale into liquid you start swimming instead. Under water if you swim/dive against a wall you cannot start scaling either. |

Maybe we should allow starting to scale underwater instead of disallowing scaling into the water? Underwater controls often feel clumsy. |
