Summary0001892: mingw's vasprintf doesn't support positionals
Descriptionglibc's vasprintf and MSVC's _vsnprintf_p both support positional inserts. Mingw's _mingw_vasprintf apparently doesn't, and it doesn't have a _vsnprintf_p. Maybe we should just switch to a dedicated formatting library. (fmt?)

Changeset 168824a by Nicolas Hake <>
Win32: Use _vsprintf_p instead of v(a)s(n)printf (0001892)

This makes it possible to use positional parameters in format strings on
all platforms.
