Summary0001802: Local Sound.ocg will not replace default sounds
DescriptionWhen sounds from the default Sound.ocg are available in a local Sound.ocg as well, local sounds won't be played when used. Default sounds will play instead.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a local Sound.ocg in a scenario
Put in a sound that exists in the default Sound.ocg (like "Fire::Blast1")
Play the sound ingame
