Summary0001735: add documentation/description for "global func Mod"
DescriptionWe apparently have an alternative modulo function in Math.c. From the signature it could also be used to change the color modulation of an object, because you can pass an object to it (not just integers).

What does the function satisfy? What can users of it rely on? Why can I pass objects to it?
Oh, and why are the argument names 'a' and 'b' (instead of e.g. divident and divisor so that it is clear what the function does from the function signature in a proper IDE).
