Summary 0001994: Fire ignores no friendly fire rule

Description As with 0001993, I just leave this here to inquire if this is intended or not. I don't have any strong opinion on this. You can consider fire to be 'neutral' or unfriendly to everyone.

But it creates the situation where you can freely toss dynamite at your allies without remorse but not a lantern (or have the dynamite ignite some lumps of coal).
